Chad Simmons
Lead Pastor
Pastor Chad planted Exchange Church in January of 2023.  Chad has been serving in ministry for over 14 years. Chad and his wife, Jenni, married in 2001.  They have three children: Ti, Lydi, and Hudson.  
Fun Fact: I clean my tennis shoes weekly.

Reed Allen  
Discipleship Pastor
In early 2021, God called Reed  to pastoral ministry. Since then, he has been teaching life group, occasionally preaching, and leading a discipleship group. Reed and his wife Caroline , have two children, Eliza Kate (2 yrs old), and John Reed (1 yr old).
Fun fact:  My family and I love sports and especially football. (Go Tigers!)

James Kaim
Worship Pastor
James has been married to Andrea for 8 years. They met playing college soccer. 6 kids (Jameson-7, Sophie-5, Norah-4, Rory-2, Josephine-11mo, boy due Oct).
Fun fact: Love to golf, college soccer player, and I can solve a rubix cube in < 1 min.

Tony Whitley
Family Pastor
Tony has been married to Selena, for 27 years. They have 5 kids. Brayden (20), Bristol (18), Vontae (17),  Elijah (11) and Theo (10). Tony has been pastoring for 25 years.

Fun fact: I'm an Eagle Scout that loves tying knots.
